Catering Pricing and Menu

Oven and Chef Rental : $80/ hour. (3.5 hour mimimum ) -
Includes wood fired brick oven, 2 chefs, paper plates, napkins

Additional Chefs : $20/hour each additional chef

*We have a 20 pizza minimum order (Feeds approximately 30 people) for catering events

*A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to reserve a certain date.

Pizza Prices

12 inch pizza, all varieties: $12 each

Our pizzas are made with 100% Italian “00” pizza flour, whole milk mozzarella and a “pizzaiolo” sauce made with whole crushed tomatoes.

mushrooms, spinach, black olives, sliced fresh onions, basil , pineapple, diced red and green bell peppers

artichoke hearts, caramelized onions, Italian sausage, andouille sausage, smoked pulled pork, bacon, feta cheese, fresh ricotta, roasted zucchini, roasted garlic cloves, roasted red bell peppers, smoked buffalo jalepeno sausage


San Pellegrino Italian sodas go great with our pizzas, and are available for $2.00 each, in lemon, orange or blood orange flavors.

Suggested Pizza Combinations

Section 1

Classic Margherita:
basil, red sauce, mozzarella, olive oil

The Veggy:
mushrooms, onions, olives

BBQ Pork:
Smoked pulled pork, pineapple bits, locally smoked bacon

The Greek:
Artichoke hearts, feta cheese, red onion

Italian Sausage:
Locally made sweet and hot Italian sausage, bell pepper, red onion

Section 2

Perfect Pesto:
Our homemade basil-spinach pesto, zucchini, fresh ricotta

Surf and Turf:
Grilled Marinated Shrimp and flank steak, onion, cilantro

Spicy Buffalo:
Locally smoked Buffalo Jalepeno Sausage

White Clam Sauce:
Clams, mozzarella, and a lemon-garlic white sauce, finished with parsley

All pizzas are $12 each, and we ask that you choose 1 or two varieties from the first section, and 1 or two varieties from the second section, as we have limited space in our truck for toppings/ingredients.  You are welcome to create your own combinations as well, and we ask you to keep the numbers of toppings to two or three per combination.


Garden Salad: Romaine, spinach, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper served with a freshly made red wine vinaigrette. 
  $2.50/person.   10 person minimum.

Antipasti Salad: Romaine, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives, diced ham, salami, provolone, pepperoncini served with a balsamic vinaigrette.     3.50/person.  10 person minimum.
